The Presidency will convene the fourth High Level Ministerial Dialogue on Long Term Climate Finance, which will be informed by the reports on the in-session workshop on long-term climate finance and the fourth (2020) Biennial Assessment and Overview of Climate Finance Flows. This dialogue will include panels on enhancing support for developing countries and realising the $100bn goal, supporting a financial system for a net zero and resilient future, and scaling climate finance to mobilise the trillions needed in developing countries. There will then be an open plenary for Parties. This session follows previous dialogues at COP20, COP22, and COP24.
