Presidency Event: Forests and Land-Use
The World Leaders Summit event on Forests and Land-Use will convene ambitious governments, companies, financial actors, and non-state leaders to raise ambition on forests and land-use in a way that delivers for the climate, people, economic development and biodiversity. The event will demonstrate how action on forests and land-use can contribute to keeping the 1.5°C temperature goal in sight, to supporting sustainable livelihoods, and to meeting shared promises on adaptation and finance.

Presidency Event: Accelerating Clean Technology Innovation and Deployment
This event will bring together countries and business leaders to discuss how we can work together to accelerate the innovation and deployment of clean technologies needed to keep the 1.5°C goal within reach so that they are accessible and affordable for all. The event will set out a positive vision for a clean, green future and all its benefits, including creating new jobs and growth globally. The spotlight will shine on new leading initiatives to drive action and set out ambitious plans for a decade of delivery and international collaboration.
